Bethel Prayer Ministry

The Founder and First Bishop of this Ministry was the late Bishop Dr. Paul Owusu Tabiri. The late Bishop Paul Owusu Tabiri was first president and first Field Representative of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International (FGBMFI) Brong Ahafo in Ghana. He received a call from God into full time Evangelistic and Healing ministry in 1988 as an Evangelist in the Church of Pentecost Ghana. He was officially ordained into the Church of Pentecost as an evangelist in 1992. He was lead by God to start Bethel Prayer Ministry international in 1995.

Ordination

The ministerial Training College in collaboration with Shiloh United Ecclesiastical Bible College in London, U.K Conferred on Evangelist Paul Owusu Tabiri the degree of Doctor of Divinity on 9th May 1996. He was consecrated and ordained as Bishop.

Ministry as Evangelist and Father

As an evangelist his main concern was soul winning, so through the instrumentalist of the Holy Spirit he was lead to open many churches he was among one of the finest Ghanaian preachers whose preaching
Transformed a lot of souls in the continent of Europe, North America Canada and Africa. Of course, when the time came to send an emissary of the gospel to Europe he was the right choice. His past records and anointing quickly played a role to his nomination and subsequent becoming one of the instrument God use in establishing some branches of the Church of Pentecost Europe especially Germany. However in his brief period as an evangelist what could be said of him. Foremost the distinction was quiet clear, to be fair; he brought distinguished and revolutionary changes to many churches in Europe, which have permanently affected many Ghanaians living in abroad. His crusade brought him face to face with many Ghanaians in Diaspora and it gave many also the opportunity to interact with him and many particularly confronted him with their problems. With his expertise, he was able to train many who are now being ordained as ministers of the gospel both here and abroad.

Personal Profile of the Bishop

The late Bishop Dr Paul Owusu Tabiri had a divine call as a prophet, Apostle, an evangelist and a Pastor. God used him to raise the death, heal the sick and many incurable diseases as well as restoring many homes. His call was unique, through him many millions came to know the Lord; he was a mentor and inspirer to most, he was dedicated, God fearing, gentile, selfless and devoted Christian. Bishop Owusu Tabiri was really a God fearing person, he was very mild, gentle and a selfless and devoted Christian. He was soft spoken, delightful, gracious person, he was very clever person, had clear minded and strong personality. He tried as much as possible to please all manner of people, he never wanted to offend anybody, he tried to please all and was ready to assist in anything if only is within his capacity.
   

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Bethel Prayer Ministry international is one of the end time ministers raise by God to restore hope to the hopeless. The ministry has about 350 branches world wide. The Lord used the Late Bishop Paul Owusu Tabiri to establish this ministry world wide, you can go to profile and know more about him. The Lord uses him many ways in performing signs and wonder and many miracles. Currently we have 9 braches in Germany. Our ministry is militant churches who champion the cause of braking and binding which has now become international phenomenon. 

Purpose of Ministry:

The purpose this Ministry is to; edify the body of Christ to come into the full knowledge of the Son of God. Act 9:15 But the Lord said to him, "Go, for he is a chosen instrument of mine to carry my name to the gentiles and their kings and to the descendants of Israel.

To bring spiritual awareness and the opening of sight to many who has been call to help the end time harvest.
Mar 1:17-18 Jesus said to them, "Follow me, and I will make you fishermen of people!" So immediately they left their nets and followed him.

Joh 4:34-38 Jesus told them, "My food is doing the will of the one who sent me and completing his work. 35 You say, don't you, 'In four more months the harvest will be here?' Look, I tell you, open your eyes and observe that the fields are ready for harvesting! 36 The one who harvests is already receiving his wages and gathering a crop for eternal life, so that the one who sows and the one who harvests may rejoice together. 37 For in this respect the saying is true: 'One person sows, and another person harvests.' 38 I have sent you to harvest what you have not labored for. Others have labored, and you have entered into their labor."
The purpose for cooperate ministry is to train people to send the gospel to the entire world. As you preach set people free from bondage, tell them the kingdom of God is at hand. This ministry is call to raise men and women equip them for service into the global ministry.

Luk 4:16-19 Then Jesus came to Nazareth, where he had been raised. As was his custom, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day. When he stood up to read, 17 the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. Unrolling the scroll, he found the place where it was written, 18 "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to tell the good news to the poor. He has sent me to announce release to the prisoners and recovery of sight to the blind, to set oppressed people free, 19 and to announce the year of the Lord's favor."

Our Goals:

Our ministry is an out reach ministry, our goal is to reach all manner of people equip and train them.

1. Intercession for international spiritual harvest

Mat 9:37-38 Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is vast, but the workers are few. 38 So ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest."

2. Demonstration of the principles of the spiritual harvest:
Time and again Jesus reminded his disciples that his mission, his driving purpose, was to seek and to save lost people. On the day he called his first disciples he said, “I will make you fishers of men.” When he recruited Levi (also known as Matthew), he said, “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” Jesus was so consumed with his vision, so committed to it, that he repeatedly took advantage of real-life situations to communicate it.

1Co 2:4-5 My message and my preaching were not accompanied by clever words of wisdom, but by a display of the Spirit's power, 5 so that your faith would not be based on human wisdom but on God's power.
3. The challenge given by our Lord is for laborers, men and women who know how to reap the spiritual harvest fields of the world for the Kingdome of God. It is to this purpose Bethel Prayer Ministry is dedicated, to recruit, train, motivate and mobilize militant for the end time harvest.

4. To lead them into Spiritual Inheritance

Social Ministry:

            We are called to help the poor and the needy in society; at the moment we have establish one orphanage center in Ghana, where we provide shelter, accommodation and education for the less privileged and orphans. We train them into trade or profession, such as Catering course, Batique tie & die, Swing & Dressmaking and Hair Dressing. We have vision to offer many courses but because of financial constrain we decided to start with few. One of our visions also is to have mobile Clinic to assist and care for the physical sick in some of the deprived villages in Africa during evangelism.
